Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all photo booth bookings with Mona's Booth Toronto, Toronto, Ontario.

Booking deposit

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve the event date. This deposit holds the date exclusively for the client and is not refunded under any circumstances, since we turn away other bookings for that date.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made one week (7 days) or more before the event receive a full refund of all payments made, minus the booking deposit.
• Cancellations made less than one week before the event are not eligible for a refund.

Date changes

Date changes are subject to availability.

How to cancel or change your date

Please email monasboothtoronto@gmail.com or call 647-410-2684 or 437-212-3033. The time we receive your written request is used to determine refund eligibility. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
