Mona's Booth Toronto (“we”, “us”) is a mirror photo booth rental business based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide: name, email address and phone number.
• Event details: date, venue or location, event type, guest count, package, add-ons and backdrop preferences, and any notes you share.
• Photos and videos captured by the photo booth at your event.
• Payment and booking records needed to confirm and invoice your event.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, check availability, prepare quotes, deliver and coordinate your event, send your photo gallery, process payments, and meet legal and accounting obligations. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to this use.

Sharing

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run the business (for example, our email provider, which delivers inquiries to our inbox, and photo-delivery or payment services), and only as needed. Some providers may store data outside Canada, in which case it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Event photos

We may feature event photos on our website or social media only with permission. If you would prefer your images stay private, tell us and we will honour that request.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records), and protect it with reasonable safeguards such as secured accounts and limited access.

Your rights

Requesting deletion of your data

You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time. To do so, email monasboothtoronto@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your name and the email address or phone number you used to contact us (and your event date, if known), so we can locate your records.

We will confirm receipt and complete your request within 5 business days. We will delete your inquiry details, contact information and event photos we hold, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices for tax purposes), which will be retained only for the required period and then deleted.
